Having lived in Hong Kong for 5 years, Jodi was able to experience the diverse cultures and fascinating beauty of many exotic countries including India, Nepal, Thailand, Japan, and the Philippines. After extensive travel, she now calls Arizona home. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration from Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Whether she is engaged in her other favorite activities of horseback riding, yoga, or volunteering with “at risk” children, Jodi is always gathering compelling inspiration for her paintings. “I want my paintings to express a deep sense of self as the whole,” explains the artist. “I am at peace when I paint.”
Jodi’s work can be found in both corporate and private collections throughout Europe, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Asia, Mexico, and the United States. Some of her corporate clients include The Grand Colonial Hotel in La Jolla, California and the Marriott Hotel Group. Celebrity clients include Dr. Phil, Nicole Kidman, and Keith Urban. Her work has been used in feature films including “An American Carol” and “Knight and Day” starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz, as well as media productions such as network television series “Dirty Sexy Money,” “Flash Forward,” and “Two and a Half Men.”
